Patty Lou's Smashburgers is inspired by Patty Lou Peters, a Texas-born musician, bandleader, and pioneer of Western Swing. Known as the "Queen of Western Swing," Patty Lou spent years traveling the country with her guitar, sharing great music, Texas hospitality, and unforgettable memories.
Today, we honor her legacy with a restaurant built around the same values—bringing people together through great food, warm hospitality, and a little Texas spirit. From our signature smashburgers and hand-spun shakes to the music that inspired our name, Patty Lou's is a place to gather, celebrate, and enjoy the simple things done right.
